I appreciate that this will likely not happen in part because bureaucracy and in part because Trump won't live long enough for it to happen but I would LOVE for him to have to personally finance rebuilding the East Wing.

The thing I really enjoyed about the whole rapture thing - besides it not being based on what's actually in the bible - is that the people who were CERTAIN that they and they alone would be 'raptured' are some of the worst people on earth.

The USA will never be Sweden. Swedish citizens agreed to pay high taxes for years in order to fund the social services they have today. I don’t see Americans doing that. But we can at least elect people who want us to have healthcare and affordable food and housing
