Why would you put someone who has no integrity in charge of an "integrity" project lol
gtiso.bsky.social
Yes, um, "mysterious". The director of your integrity projects was an early and regular guest to The Platform, which was funded by the owners of a chain of early childhood centres to advance their political agenda.

I just don't want to fall into old habits of them watching it all the time

It will definitely make a massive difference for us. I budget every dollar 😅😅

I have cracked and bought a new remote for the tv. I want to limit how much the kids watch it. Because they have been playing so nicely without it. I was thinking one hour every second day but was wondering what limits other parents use?

Too little too late! I too have pulled my back from lifting something way too heavy for one person 😅😅😅

Thanks Phil! I will plant out my plants after labour weekend and share their growth :) I plan on spending a lot of time reading in the tunnel over summer 😅😅
taramcallister.bsky.social
I feel like me putting up my hue tunnel alone is the perfect analogy for single parenting.. like really a two person job but you have no other choice. It takes much longer to do the thing because it's much harder with one person but you get it done anyway 😅🫠

Apparently according to FB I got engaged on this day 6 years ago. Glad I never got married 😅💀

I was planning on going for a lunch time run today but one of my kids is sick 😩😩😩
taramcallister.bsky.social
Ugh daylight savings is really stuffing up our bedtime routines. We are usually in our pjs ready for reading together at 7pm but the kids are still on the trampoline 🫠🫠🫠

The way I most often see it used actually erases Indigenous peoples distinct connection to whenua and that's the bit I despise
taramcallister.bsky.social
I think in that distinct situation it could be ok but that's not how I see it being used in scientific literature. For example, I was talking about Indigenous people and an editor told me I had to put Indigenous people and local communities when i was not at all talking about local communities.

I am actually recovering from a tear in my calf so not running very fast :( and he has gotten very slow but I am still enjoying running :)

Fear not he often gets two little walks a day (school drop offs) and that's perfect for the aging kurī

His face when I tell him he is too old and too slow to come for a run with me 😅

Congrats to Dr Melissa Derby for abandoning the 'Gender Critical' cult and speaking out in support of transgender rights.
Proof that it's never to late to change!

Rights Aotearoa welcomes Melissa Derby's support for extending hate speech protections to include religious groups and the LGBTQIA+ community, as expressed in her appearance on TVNZ's Q+A this morning.
She explicitly said that the LGB included the 'T'
RA will issue a formal press release tomorrow.

I deeply despise the increasing practice of lumping together "Indigenous and local communities"

A truly horrible tree. I don't know what possessed/es people to plant them. Especially in this case right next to a building 🫠
