So I breeze into the used bookstore/Cafe and lo, the first thing I see, in the sunshine flooding through the windows, is a really sweet book on urban mapping. People at a table nearby are talking quite passionately about housing policy. Could it GET ANY MORE PERFECT

The Northern Pacific connected to Yellowstone NP at Gardiner from Livingston, MT (great town, btw). The Union Pacific built a line from St. Anthony over Reas Pass (6,930 ft) to West Yellowstone expressly to serve the National Park. The line closed in 1979.
