Gaza is being starved to death. Israel has—in violation of international law and in ongoing acts of genocide—blocked the entry of any and all humanitarian aid for over 10 weeks. Children are starving to death. Without urgent intervention, thousands more will soon be dead.

I led and preached at my church yesterday. I'm at a quirky #Episcopal church that I used to describe as "little" but has been growing. And I've been taking on all sorts of roles and responsibilities. Preaching is probably my favorite. Also, I was exhausted the rest of the day.

Last year I did research on education in El Salvador for a proposal. I found that middle school and high school kids from some neighborhoods were afraid of walking to school because they could be disappeared by Bukele's government en route. Think on that.

The Suffs musical "Keep Marching" is a fantastic song for this era. Really, listen to the whole musical.

Will this be my spot for international development and happenings? For story writing and fantasy? For my theological ramblings? gluten free cooking? or painted and pencil portraits? who knows. Anyway. I'm here now.
