What we are witnessing in the US is same cruel behavior seen from men in the boardroom, bedroom, locker room and around the campfire. The societal message to men has always been “if you can get away with it, do it.” Social media has taught men that the consequences implied were a bluff.

i think it is important to say that the open and explicit racism of the president and the vice president isn’t just uncouth or “controversial” but a direct attack on tens of millions of americans and a dereliction of their duty to represent the entire country

2 months on Wellbutrin and I can’t image going off med. It has turned down the static in my brain and dulled alot of the sharp jagged edges of my thoughts. I was worried it would silence the more quirky parts of me, but doesn’t seem to be the case. My creativity has more room to breath now.

My Oura ring needs a ‘this is the new normal’ reset button. My resting HR is never going to be 45bpm again, and my shoulder say 6 hours of sleep is as good as it gets.
