And now I've received a bill from another provider which actually I've already paid. So now I have to spend time & emotional energy contacting the provider to argue that they've already taken my $105.23, so please go away.

Somebody save me from this. Every week there's something.

They still haven't addressed why they're charging me twice for my appointments, either. Now we're going back and forth in email about that, because $5 twice was fine (ig) but I'll be damned if it's $90 twice.

Unemployment is just one stress after another. With apparently $90 copays. 🙃

I saw a TikTok (that I can't find now) that said other "input" like hunger or fear can sometimes lower the brain's pain signals. While I can't find the TikTok, I did find the study it's from. (idk what this means for current chronic pain sufferers. But it's interesting. Maybe hopeful?)
