I have to imagine that you’re right. Many of the people that I know who voted for him are rather fed up at this point as well. I wouldn’t necessarily they’re turning on him yet, but the cracks in the foundation are definitely becoming very visible.

You’ve a moron, to be paying the salaries of everyone in that room out of your taxes and support one of your employees treating your other employees like that.

Sure, you’re on competing teams. But you still work for the same managers, and need to treat others respectfully while at work.

Sanctimonious Richard “Da Nang Dick” Blumenthal, perhaps the biggest “joke” in the United States Senate, is at it again! “Dick” lied until the midpoint of his political career, convincing everyone, in particular the Fake News Media, that he was a great “War Hero” who lived on the precipice of death in the jungles of Vietnam. He would talk about his life in the military in almost every speech, in particular the death defying dangers he faced in his many years “fight for freedom” while in Vietnam. He stated that “the battles were violent and long, but there was no going back” - And then it happened, Blumenthal was found out to be a FRAUD. The soldiers in his so-called “platoon” came forward and said that they had no idea who this guy was. He was revealed, broke down and admitted, tears flowing from his eyes, that he LIED, a Whopper, one that lasted 20 year. This guy shouldn’t even be in the U.S. Senate. It should be investigated, and Justice should be sought. Right now there is a Congressman sitting in prison for lying about his past during a campaign. Well, those lies were nothing compared to those of Richard “Da Nang Dick” Blumenthal, perhaps the greatest phony in the history of the United States Senate. He should be allowed to speak no longer!

I hear and see your concerns. Over the weekend, a couple users hosted on Blacksky's PDS were banned from the Bluesky app and thus the Bluesky API servers. This was a weakness of our system I've been aware of and hoped we had more time to address before any kind of public incident. 1/11

I get your point, and it’s completely valid… *working with* AI on code can be very helpful and help you grow, but just having it write all the code *for* you is different.

These emails are *so* obviously just ‘write my boss an email that…’ and just completely copy-pasted.

It’s probably because we’re in software, but I see them as the same—having AI write your code only hurts us in the long run, because you’re not experiencing the struggle of learning so you’re not improving your skills much and having AI write your emails isn’t as effective at improving your English.

So as someone who lives in SWFL, I am *very* familiar with this and can spot it a mile away.

Somebody says something racist, just assuming that everyone else around them is racist, and when someone says something like “why would you say that”… reaction of “what’s that” and a deer in headlights look

I manage some offshore people and all of a sudden their emails became three times as long and sound like they were written by an English professor.

I feel… insulted for some odd reason?

I’m in SWFL and paid $14.67 for a pound of ground beef yesterday.

That same pound of ground beef, from that same store, was like $6 just a few months ago.

I hope it’s not that bad wherever you are in FL, brother.

Unfortunately, their union mandates that they show up.

And without that union, they’d lose all of the things that make the job even tolerable in the first place.

It’s literally ILLEGAL for them to strike.

My wife and I are both software engineers and we have no kids.

If *we* are feeling it this bad, we can’t fathom how single people or couples with kids are handling it.

Like, we’re legitimately confused as to how people are surviving—let alone believing it when they’re told the economy is ok?
