The administration just issued a rule slashing foreign agricultural worker wages. And to justify it, in a public filing, Trump's Labor Department alleges that Trump's immigration enforcement has devastated the Ag workforce and caused a "risk of supply shock-induced food shortages."

I do both. For small runs, I usually cut blocks. I do a lot with Speedball SpeedyCarve- a pink rubber that’s fast and easy to work with and takes detail pretty well. Stencils I typically use for one-offs. If screenprinting through a stencil, you should be able to do a small run, though.

Handcut freezer paper stencil with Speedball block printing fabric ink. With freezer paper you can put the shiny side down and iron it in place to minimize shifting and ink getting under the edges.
