History is not going to be kind to the SCOTUS Justices and their use of the shadow docket. It’s more likely to be damning, especially when portrayed with secret meetings and presentations, decisions that allowed $$$ to the Justices, the lack of ethics and Roberts deflection of criticism as emotion

The only way journalism works is when it’s independent from the power it’s supposed to hold to account, which means ownership can’t have anything to do with those in power
