Just admitting a mistake and apologizing seems like a lot less work than lying and peddling a half dozen different conspiracies.

The White House is saying the information shared in the Signal group chat was “not classified.”

They’re lying. Those who’ve served in uniform know it would’ve been classified. We’re calling for an investigation and accountability.

This should be alarming to everyone.

The Members of the January 6th Committee are protected by the Constitution from arrest for their Congressional duties.

Trump is calling for them to be arrested for performing their congressional oversight role pursuant to Article I of the Constitution.

This year’s prize goes to Liz Cheney. The former congresswoman soared sky-high above politics-as-usual in Washington by taking a principled stand that cost her power, friends and the money that comes with status in the capital.
