I was saying that the car was not always being setup for Checo especially last season where RB needed to try changes because McLaren & Ferrari cars were catching up. Checo was scapegoated to move up Lawson. Even in 2023 when he placed 2nd in WDC there were rumblings.
Hot take: I think even if you put Yuki in that car he won't beat Max - and not just because of innate talent.
The perfect setup of the RB favours Max. Checo was never a bad driver, they made a difficult car that heavily favoured Max's style.
