Something that many (at least online) seem to forget it how high this man was flying in January and where he is now. Yes he is richer and still terrible but the Tesla protests pierced the sense that he was beyond reach. And that matters a lot. Thanks to everyone who joined those ongoing protests.

it has slowly dawned on me that most people seem to have forgotten how pre-algorithm social media used to work. The concept of hashtags, searching things, and following people are alien concepts. not sure if that can be fixed tbh.

It’s so cool that every website is just Like This now. We used to send guys to the chair for putting pop-up ads on their sites. Now if I want to read something I have to read single lines between autoplaying video ads that use so much RAM they force the browser to reload every 5 seconds.
