Our darling elderly cat, Doom Kitty is refusing food and vomiting froth, and now we watch the clock tick down to the vet appointment (54min to go).

Update on #tourdefleece2025 goals! Have a chunk plyed, two bobbins 3/4 full and a handful of rolags left to spin.

I just might finish my goal!!!

My offspring is VERY excited to calculate yardage and the fond a crochet pattern!

#TourdeFleece day 3! Two days’ worth of singles wound onto a bobbin, and an ok dent made into the rolags. My first time spinning merino, and it is rather ~*fussy*~ to draft long draw on my great wheel!

Day 2 of Tour de Fleece: wound off yesterday’s singles to a bobbin, carded almost half the goal fleece and got a few rolags spun.
A little behind spinning goals, today went a bit sideways, but getting so much carded will come in handy!

Sometimes I can be hard to shop for, but this year my family really nailed it. Hitting both the creative fibre interests ~and~ the love for sharp implements of destruction…. I feel loved.
