#FenellaFielding would have been 98 today.
Here she is live on TV AM celebrating #ThePrisoner in 2005. I was an extra on the chess board that day.

@tobyhadoke.bsky.social, sorry if this is all old hat but I was looking for a photo of Catherine(Kate) Fleming, voice of the Animus. I was curious after reading a post by @nicholaspegg.bsky.social. I found this about her instead and thought it was of interest

This Google search is completely unambiguous yet the AI still thinks I must be mistaken and puts another answer first. #AIfail

Who's going to #Pandorica2025 in Bristol tomorrow?
Anyone heading West to get there, we'll be having lunch in the Blue Boar, Aldbourne at 1200. Feel free to join us.

I love how sometimes the telesnaps were so blurred that we saw things that weren’t there.

“a strange mist-like substance emanating from the Professor's mouth”

Yeah, that’s just a Yeti in the background.

Last night we took a tour of the D-day tunnels near Portsmouth. 1.5 miles of underground excavation in the chalk. Absolutely amazing and kept secret until 1999.

Every 1960s episode of #DoctorWho does exist. They are each modulated onto VHF carrier waves 280million miles in length and approximately 60 light years from earth.

Retirement week 1 isn't all it's cracked up to be, I have a Virus. I'm supposed to go to Bristol today to see friends, have a lovely meal out and then see Rick Wakeman and The English Rock Ensemble.
I haven't had a sick day from work in 2 and a half years and now I'm stuck at home. Typical!

The only bit of Scottish real estate in #DoctorWho Terror of the Zygons is Dumvegan Castle on The Isle of Skye. I visited it in 1994.
Shown on the VHS cover is Eilean Donan Castle which I visited in 2002.
Neither are anywhere near Loch Ness. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
