Vanilla is leering over to her left, and says,

The joke is that this iteration of Vanilla is a "temporal vampire" with time manipulation abilities, but she's referring to Sakuya Izayoi, not Dio Brando. She's kinda proportioned more anthro here, as I couldn't be assed to draw her with SegaSonic proportions
