If the wort is an elevator…then Trump is Americas nasty hangover fart.

If your senator or Congress person supports Trumps power grab, doesn’t that mean they’re violating their oath to the constitution and that they deserve to be impeached?

Here's a list of DOGE staff, assembled and annotated by my colleagues at BI. Whatever you do, please don't share it.

We got a DOGE staff list. From a McKinsey alum to a former Clarence Thomas clerk, here are the workers powering Elon Musk's cost-cutting squad.
A list of White House DOGE staffers shows about 30 young tech, finance, and legal professionals remaking the federal government.

It sure is a good thing that Elon Musk and Donald Trump aren’t deliberately sending our nation into an economic collapse state so that they can take advantage and rebuild the country into some sort of twisted fourth Reich.

DOGE's next target is the CFPB, which has returned $20B to the victims of financial fraud and abuse since 2011.

Trump just fired its pro-consumer director and had his Treasury Secretary, a hedge fund manager, halt the CFPB's work.

This is a coup against the American people.

Can his new nickname be malignant Musk?

I honestly believe our most powerful position in a toxic time that feeds on cynicism, apathy,& despair is to genuinely care and act for a better world.

Cynicism is our enemy. We should check it, incl. on the left. It’s not intellectually superior. It’s the virus they’re trying to infect us with. NO

I had to hear how un-democratic the Harris nomination was, now I get to see (unelected) Elon Musk take the government apart.

Since tariffs are a tax on U.S. importers, why do we permit the President to impose them unilaterally without authorization from Congress?

Do we see our federal infrastructure as an item of national security?
Do we see an attack on federal infrastructure as a national security threat?
Am I the only one thinking this?

What we see today with Elon Musk and the federal workers pay system is that they are not interested in piloting government or being in charge of government, they are interested in destroying it .

If America looks anything remotely like it does now a year from now, I will be shocked.
