The Heartlands’s explanation is much better, in analysing the tribunal’s attempt to have their cake and eat it. The Guardian article is more a cherrypicking trans catechism than an explanation.

Perhaps NHS Fife was so clearly and comprehensively in the wrong, the tribunal didn’t dare spell it out. Something like that could ruin several promising middle class careers. Further its ‘balance’ is so poorly set out it must be the result of panic and disagreement in their ranks.

Anyone throw light on the tribunal finding; (Peggie) ‘….in some of her remarks impermissibly manifested her gender critical beliefs.’ Where does this lack of permission originate, and is it from the same managerial omnipotence, that the tribunal criticises for failing to consult female staff?

Democrats better have a clear plan about what to do if a landslide happens. Exactly the plan UK Labour didn’t have when replacing the thieving, incompetent Tories. Limit money in campaigns, reform Supreme Court, and criminal charges on ICE and MAGA for instance.
Take the party back from the rich.

Sandie Peggie has the right of it. The junior layers of Tribunals aren’t immune to the faux empathy, that steals safety and respect from female staff. Implement the law and protect your women folk. Don’t wait till they complain, persecute them and grudgingly make minimal concessions only when forced
