This sounds like the actions of someone who finally saw behind the curtain, didn't like what he saw, and is running away.

The boats don't actually contain oil. They are smuggling narco terrorists, who are eating the cats, eating the dogs, and are buying up all the affordable housing in America while simultaneously getting free healthcare. So this makes sense from a geopolitical standpoint.
