...and remember that you're not the first person to ever have a good idea. Listen to people who have been on the ground doing this work; don't assume that you have all the answers.
if you’re an (aspiring) organizer, or building out your own mutual aid group, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE learn some fucking communication and conflict resolution skills. without these skills, you can not build lasting relationships, much less a revolution.

To people considering a move “to a safer state”, consider many of us here (I’m in MA) are making plans to leave the country, seeing our electeds do little and crazier neighbors get louder. You may want to skip a step. If we do, we’ll be moving twice in less than a year with huge losses each time.
