Also just remembered I muscled several packs of shingles up a ladder (a practical weightlifting application, yay!) and onto a roof on Sunday, so maybe that had something to do with it
Need you all to know that I did something horrible to my back yesterday. Not at the gym while trying to lift something heavy, but after, when I was trying to pick up a shoe.
