When you owe a company money they have all sorts of tricks and fees to make sure you pay it ASAP but when they owe you money suddenly it is a long process requiring me to "Please be patient as we process your request". Also, fuck the US Government and the VA especially.

Trump really should be shot or electrocuted or given lethal injections. Right after a tribunal or some sort of massive trial that lays bare all the evidence of treason, war crimes and crimes against humanity. Then move on to his children, associates, and cabinet members.
