Most L&D teams still can’t prove ROI.
Not because the impact isn’t real, but because tools are poor

Evening before a conference when you are sitting in a hotel foyer and you overhear people talking about upskilling, but no one has their lanyard yet so the dilemma of saying ‘hello!’ Or waiting until after first day of conference when everyone is wearing their lanyards 🙂
