If this passes on Friday, Ottawa taxpayers will be paying for it for the next 50 years. Did we learn nothing from 1.0 or from transit fiasco? Stop electing councillors who are clearly in the pocket of developers. Stop electing mayors who flout public opinion.

New Polling Results on Lansdowne 2.0 from Nik Nanos. The more people know about the plan, the more they don’t like it. Most believe it won’t stay on budget, would prefer repairs to existing, oppose the loss of greenspace and arena capacity and extra debt.
