I genuinely feel bad for these Oregon players…they are a good football team who should be competing for a national championship on the appropriate level…now, most will only remember them for tonight…not their fault that CFB can’t figure out a proper post-season structure

Changes I would make to college football:
-Start the season a week earlier
-Have the Army Navy game kickoff the new season
-Have the 16 team (top 5 conference champs) tourney start on what was Army/Navy week
-teams that lose round 1 of playoffs still get a bowl game
-only semifinals are bowl games
-Start the season a week earlier

If you listen really closely to this Ole Miss Georgia game, you can hear the Army Navy week slowly disappearing to become the 1st week of playoffs. Clearly taking a month off (unless youre Cignetti somehow) is way too long.
