The only thing worse than the trump sycophants is the fact that there is no serious opposition party with coherent unified messaging to oppose him and republicans. We are watching the complete erosion of democracy and the best you get is a strongly worded message from democrats every few months.

I wish we had a coherent opposition party that could properly message an actual viewpoint. The Republican machine is so quick to push preformatted messages while the best the left gets is strongly worded letters and talks of bipartisanship.

You don't have a clue how angry many Democratic voters are. I am 72 and my history of supporting Democrats goes back to stuffing and mailing envelopes in the 1968 presidential election campaign. I plan to change my registration to independent. I'm giving my money to food banks instead of cowards.
