Minnesota officials renewed their calls on Friday for state agents to be allowed to help investigate the fatal shooting of a woman by an ICE officer earlier this week. State investigators so far have been denied access to evidence, they said.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but when someone says they are struggling, that's not an invitation for you to tell them that somewhere, someone has it worse. Stop minimizing someone else's pain just because it's not that deep to YOU. You don't need to feel it to validate it in someone else.
