I started working out the rough numbers and % of fully electric cars on U.K. 🇬🇧 roads back in January 2022.
There were then only 349,985 (1.18%), but that is rising steadily, and after just over 3 years has more than trebled (x3.7 more!) to now 1,448,531 (4.07%). EVs now make up over 1 in25 cars⚡️🙌👍

National Grid said pre-tax profits in the year to end of March were £3.65 bn, up 20% on the £3.05 bn in the previous year. Shares in company closed up 3% at £10.46, outperforming wider market.

After reading about measles & immune amnesia (scary), I went for a titer. My measles AND mumps antibodies are undetectable—which seems not to NECESSARILY mean no protection, but might.
Then I read this, re: mumps titers & covid severity. Booster, here we go!

In February an amazing 21,244 new EV’s were registered in the U.K. This was 25% of all new cars! (1 in 4). It is also a 41.7% rise compared to same period 2024.
There are now 1,354,480 fully electric EVs’s on the U.K. 🇬🇧roads. That’s 3.86% (or 1 in 26). 😁 Brilliant progress😎
