This is a much more intelligent approach to immigration. Than simply opening or closing the border.

These are the hidden lies i hate. I'll accept the artistically are true, but pay at every level is decided by a combination of the value you bring to the job and how many others can do the job. Good CEOs bring billions of $ of value to shareholders.
