I do appreciate the advice. They’ve treated me incredible. I’ve been a rock, but have never felt taken for granted. IMO that’s worth a lot of money. Autonomy, Creative Freedom… one part of this new job would be CRM heavy reporting. That shit drives me crazy. So much wasted time tracking vs me doing.

But I’ve never done anything for money. I operate off instincts and the notion nothing comes for free… everything I would get would likely come with something I’d lose, like autonomy, creative freedom, maybe free time, etc.

My current employer gives me my budget and trusts me and my instincts and innovation in ways no employer prior has. They were there for me when I almost died. They never stopped paying me despite 6 weeks no work. They fucking love me. But this is a dream job that also pays 40% more + Bonuses.

I’m not gonna lie. It is very tempting, and also very overwhelming. I would go from overseeing around $600k in yearly philanthropy & non-profit sponsorship, to an 8 figure yearly world philanthropic world.
I’ve been viewed as a riser in that world for a bit, but this is a joyous intimidation, NGL
