Today marks 4 weeks since I’ve posted sports content on any Arizona board. I’ve opted for a change. I will make sports small talk here with the few level-headed here, but I’m officially in a sports forum sabbatical. I will engage non-sports at BearDownWildcats only.

I find it hilarious that after all the white guys Jordan owned Charlotte drafted from Morrison to Zeller to Kaminsky, they finally got their Larry Bird and Jordan isn’t an owner any longer.

Stay in school until you have real skills, kids. College pays you now, so rushing and sacrificing development and being a star to be a well-paid two-way/bench sitter in “pros” should not be a focus.

After hanging #5 Nebraska its first loss and winning by 12 at rival #7 Michigan State, I fully expect Michigan to get plenty of 1st Place Votes. It was a big week for them. They deserve them.
But Arizona is 22-0 with a dominant road win for 39 minutes at BYU, and at uppity rival ASU.

I have said for many years the NCAA will appear to fight all these, but they won’t do everything to win, but they need this anarchy, because several years ago they petitioned Congress for an exception to Anti-Trust. They need the chaos so they can return to Congress and say without help, they done.
