We are still years away from construction even starting (there are still many more hoops to jump through) but this is a momentous day in #NERevs history. For the first time in a long time, I am really excited about the direction of the club both on and off the field.

Mitrović is following Mikey Varas’ strategy of signing his guys from the US U20s that he coached. I would next take a flyer on Kristian Fletcher and see if we can pry Niko Tsakiris from San Jose. #NERevs

When it was first reported Raines could be available I was really hoping the #NERevs swoop in and would you look at that. Biggest need this offseason was an upgrade at the 6 and Mitrović gets his guy.
The #NBACup proves that $$$ is a good enough incentive for players. Next, the NBA should look into tying end of season standings to shared revenue, higher seed means bigger percentage of the pot so organizations are disincentivized to tank.

This wasn’t just the signature win of the Poch era, but the best performance the #USMNT has had in years. There is real momentum going into 2026, and considering where things were a year ago that’s quite the accomplishment.

-Will he stick with his 4-3-3 formation or continue the Dor/Leo partnership?
-Can he fix the defensive communication and structural issues? The U20s were defensively sound at the WC.
-How can he get more out of Langoni?

Hiring Mitrović is the smartest decision the #NERevs have made in years. The strength and reputation of the academy is their biggest asset. They needed a coach to build on that foundation, create a better pathway to the first team and develop players once they get promoted.

Maybe the #NERevs should just hire me…
One person I’d be very interested in as the next coach is Marko Mitrović. Overall he’s been really good with the U20s and could be looking to make the jump to a club after the World Cup, similar path to Mikey Varas. #NERevs

With the talent drain this summer the margin for error every night is now tiny. You can’t give up offensive boards, turn it over and allow the opponent to shoot more 3’s and expect to win. Joe has his work cut out for him to get the #Celtics playing winning basketball again.
