The phrase "but I didn't MEAN to hurt you" sets off a tiny rage trigger in my brain almost every single time. If I believed you *intended* to hurt me we likely wouldn't be talking calmly about it now. On top of that, good or bad intentions aside, you DID hurt me, so let's move on to that.

I say I have childhood trauma but it's weird; between trauma, Autism, ADHD, DID, and 4 brain surgeries I barely remember anything from before my 20s and everything is Vague Impressions except for a handful of Very Clear memories.
If I barely remember it, did it actually happen?

Paneer, mushrooms/carrots, yellow potato, onion, garlic, ginger, red curry paste, coconut milk. Cook down the onion, garlic, ginger. Add paste, cook until it splits, stirring well. Add in all non-liquids, stir to coat, add liquids. Let simmer, stirring sometimes, until potatoes are cooked.

The dog we're watching, Penny, is the best - I love her - and she tolerates me, Miah. It's funny though because she clearly has a favorite headmate: Any time Sergei comes out she practically prances and throws herself at him for pets, treats, cuddles. She also listens to him better. It's fascinating

I wear two beaded bracelets. One has a rainbow and the other is yellow, white, purple, and black.
I don't expect anyone to recognize the second one. I don't wear it for recognition; I wear it so other LGBT+ folks clock me. However, I also wear it so bigots clock me as well and (usually) avoid me.
