Congress needs to pass a bipartisan "Honoring our National Parks" act making admission free on the officially recognized Federal Government holidays and the weekend closest to the anniversary of the date the NPS was established.

If you serve 20 or more years and retire at age 62 or later the 1% becomes 1.1%.

They have reformed the system several times. This formula is only for FERS covered members. Some older members may be under CSRS which has a different calculation but tops out at 80%.

I agree it is pretty unlikely.

Offering legitimate criticism of people's behavior and choices is different from "making fun of" or mocking people.
