2. Yes (by not allowing $$$ individuals to launder their money through (c)(4)s).

3. Yes (if they are created or receive limited liability from the state).

It would be terrific if Apple, when it designs its upcoming AI/AR glasses, makes sure they are accessible to users with vision in only one eye, no matter which eye that might be. (Meta's new glasses are right-eye-only, which is, sadly, useless to me.)
