Sometimes I want to get back into reading tarot with majors only as is traditional in our French Canadian culture but then I feel guilty the other minor cards will get sad at not being used? Very weird to get sad for inanimate objects.

Should I have asked for a book on Coptic magic for Christmas, too? 🫢

Good evening only to those who know Harry Potter movies are Christmas movies.

Want to do a post soon about the use of the pentagram in Christianity even outside of occult thought.

Bonus—prayer to the Virgin Mary on the pg: “Make us feel you are a Mother by making our prayers accepted by the one who deigned to be your Son to redeem us.”

The US is not different from China or Iran when media documents demonstrating state abuses have to be smuggled from a democracy into the country’s borders.

Anyone with experience or success using the Picatrix? I own this book but got intimidated by Christopher Warnok’s introduction that said traps were hidden in it for the inexperienced user!

I will do some defensive work using some spiritual technology from the Sixth & Seventh Books of Moses which felt right for me when I was looking over the material. 1/4

Our coworker offered caramel apples from her sister’s candy shop before break but I didn’t get one. How good the “Dark & Salty” dark chocolate with caramel one sounded haunts me still.

I remember watching this when spending the night with my aunt for one of my birthdays and we couldn’t breathe laughing at the part when the alien creature gets transported and arrives inside out and explodes.
Galaxy Quest - a perfect movie, just a wonderful love letter to actors, sci-fi, Star Trek in particular, and to fandom - really deserves a proper physical release with decent extras. Think Weaver's right that releasing a R-rated cut would be fun, too.
Sigourney Weaver Says She Wishes DreamWorks Released A Director’s Cut Of ‘Galaxy Quest,’ Reminisces On Sequel That Never Came To Pass
Sigourney Weaver reflected on cult classic Galaxy Quest and how she wishes the sci-fi satire had released an R-rated director's cut.

I’m on the quest for a perfect scarf. My neck stubble often rips and makes shed many scarves so want one that won’t.

As a Canadian who is also American and pays attention to both nations politics, it is so shocking to me how old America’s politicians are compared to Canada and other countries. Quite common there to see deputies younger than 50, but that seems a rarity in the US system. Very creepy.

Who remembers “How long have you worked here? Good. How long have you worked here? Good.” This is the political extrapolation of that type of person.

The biggest story on the planet! 🌎

Renewables surpassed coal as a source of electricity worldwide. Solar/wind grew fast enough to cover the entire jump in new power demand.

In the U.S., when Trump dismantled renewables, America lost so much more than a power source. My story forthcoming.

Love the main sigil from Grimoire of Pope Honorius which uses a verse of Scripture rather than Names of God in the circle to contain demons: “Obeissez a vos superieurs et leur soyez soumis parce qu’ils y prennent garde” : “Obey your superiors and to them be submissive because they care for it.”Heb13

I wonder if I could get more traction on here by posting one of those classic facebook, boomer AI slop type posts saying like “It’s my handicapped nice’s 15th birthday and her boobs are so big but nobody is wishing her happy birthday because she loves Jesus. Will anyone wish her happy birthday?!”

As a graduate student of social work, I am appalled at the use of AI in any profession that engages other humans to function and am thankful ours hasn’t fallen to Sauron’s dark forces yet. Omg, social workers are The Shire.

My husband and I (gay) woke up to go to mass at 6:30am and ate breakfast at the café (gay and pretentious). We are not the same.
