More businesses, especially ones where you spend time there, should offer this. Just a pity none are sold secure gold, which would prevent someone's insurance from paying out if the bike was stolen, but a good start.
A set of locks for customers to use to lock their bikes up at a pub at Chester Train Station. The sign says "Free to use bike locks. Ask for a key at the bar. Bike rack with CCTV at front. Station bike racks to rear".
