I love this scene for a bunch of reasons but I think many people have the wrong takeaway. It’s not really a debate about the best approach to politics. A successful political movement needs both of these types of leaders and perspectives!

There was a simulation component to the international relations class I took in college. The lesson of one simulation was essentially war is terrible for your country and negative sum. Very eye opening as a younger person after a lifetime of playing Civ and Total War...
