And I must give credit to people smarter than me i.e. @dacrotty.bsky.social who notes that any journal will very gladly publish a negative result as long as it is exciting enough. The bias against null results is really just another form of same old bias *for* perceived significance/impact.

Thanks for sharing Richard. Glad this is resonating! Prepping the talk and this interview forced me to recognize that what we mean by null results is deeply philosophical and interesting. That was an unexpectedly fun part of thinking through all this.
