As a millennial, I continuously try to increase my ability to survive when shit inevitably hits the fan. Like a *smart* millennial, I don't advertise what those abilities are. Y'all are on your own, unless we can trade goods and services. Are you prepared to go back to the barter system?

The administration is doing everything it can to have the World Cup and Olympics moved to another country at the last minute. ICE at the Superbowl because Bad Bunny is playing halftime? NO ONE is dumb enough to think the people being targeted have the money to attend. It is entirely scare tactics.

If you had told 20 year old me I'd be this numb to fascism taking over the country as I struggle to continue to make a living in our hellscape, I'd have told you that I'd already been saying fascism was here for several years and it makes sense I'd get tired eventually.

I just heard that China, Japan, and South Korea have reached a consensus on how to collectively respond to the Trump tariffs. I don't think I need to explain how bad it is when China and our former Asian allies decide to team up economically.

As we see more and more parallels between the current American government's actions and those of Germany circa 1933, I am beginning to worry that they will eventually come for me for the things I have said online.
