And how many times have we all heard some neighbourhood lady say something like: “Oh! Thank god breakup is over, hubz has gone back to work and things are back to normal”? Because they’re gone so much their constant presence actually disrupted the lives of their families and they didn’t fit in.

Right?!? They’re laying off tens of thousands of folks amid record production and profits. 🤬

Back in the day industry only laid folks off during recessions. They valued employees and communities they profited from. Now they just use, abuse and throw us in the trash once we’ve served our purpose.
