What are people’s thought on the 9 St NW and Memorial crossing?
With the south Memorial lanes open, it sure feels like a blind spot for red light runners. The flood barrier blocks all line of sight of oncoming traffic to people on foot or on bike.
I don’t have a good feeling. 😳
