I'm assuming America/the anglosphere just doesn't hear about the order of magnitude more Renee Good's from Afghanistan/Iraq etc etc...

On what timeline. They can't finish the children's hospital on a greenfield site and they want to demolish and rebuild in the city centre? Also taking about climate goals and demolishing? The carbon in the concrete alone on a job like that is so wasteful vs just retrofitting!
