Bolero's New Sweater - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Bolero has received a new sweater for Christmas! It seems to be a few sizes too big. He can't even fit his arms through the sleeves. His mom isn't too worried. Tammy: Looks like your new sweater is too big. Panel 2 Bolero lifts an arm and watches the rest of the sleeve be pulled down by gravity. Tammy: You'll just have to grow into it. Panel 3 Bolero begins to lift the back of the neckline of the sweater upward. Tammy: You can take it off. Panel 4 Bolero has the sweater covering the back of his head and he's lifting the arms so the sleeves flop around in the air. He feels like a medieval peasant working tirelessly in the fields. Perhaps one plotting treason against the king. Bolero: I love this. Tammy: Really? Bolero: Can I wear it to school?

Not sure if everyone who played Goldeneye is aware but buried in settings is an option to use 2 N64 controllers as “dual stick”, left for movement right for aiming, and you can still use the Z trigger underneath for shooting

it's crazy to use AI in CONCEPT ART bcuz it will never be able to CREATE its own CONCEPTS. so not only are you saying you're too lazy to pay someone or to do the work yourself, you're also saying your okay with building all of your shit on unoriginal ideas and almagamation of existing work.

Cranky - Gator Days Panel 1 Ember has woken up on the wrong side of the bed and she is CRANKY! Thankfully, she's polite enough to inform the world that she is cranky so that everyone has the opportunity to escape her wrath. Ember: I'M CRANKY! DON'T TALK TO ME! Panel 2 Ember has decided to lock herself away in her room. She is letting everyone know that she is not to be disturbed. She might be angry with the world but she has standards. Ember: I WANT TO BE ALONE! EVERYONE GO AWAY. Panel 3 Ember closes her bedroom door. There is a sign designating it as "EMBER'S LAIR". The writing on the sign was decided by Ember who wanted all potential intruders to have an a feel of dread they approach her domain. Panel 4 Ember peeks her head out out of her bedroom door with a new declaration. Ember: BEING ALONE IS BORING! SOMEONE LET ME YELL AT THEM! Again, Ember might be super grumpy but she has standards.

Panel 2 Gustopher is filled with an unreasonable amount of energy. In his hand is an energy drink that says "INFINITE ENERGY - Insomnia Flavored". Mistakes were made. He speaks rapidly, loudly, and with no respect from proper sentence structure. Gustopher: IRIS LET ME HAVE ANYTHING I WANTED FROM THE VENDING MACHINE AND I GOT AN ENERGY DRINK AND IT'S SO GOOD CAN WE GET SOME FOR HOME AND WE WATCHED CAT VIDEOS AND IRIS YELLED AT SOMEONE. Panel 3 August stares at his son with a mixture of exhaustion, surprise, and just the slightest amount of amusement that he knows will not last. Iris hopes this will dissuade August from putting her in this situation again unless it is absolutely necessary. Gustopher: I DIDN'T KNOW I COULD YELL THIS LOUD! Panel 4 Iris: He's a good kid. Good luck. Gustopher: I'M SHAKING! Gustopher is vibrating. His face is not exploding. All things considered, August thinks that this day could have had far worse outcomes.

Transcript Panel 1 August has just finished downloading a game that he's been looking forward to playing. Unfortunately, he also has to get to work so he doesn't have time to playing it right now. On his computer screen is the notice that the download is complete and an option to tip "15%", "30%", or "50%". August (thinking): I've been waiting for this game forever. I'll play it after work. Panel 2 It's later in the evening and August is making dinner. He's putting some onions in a pot and thinking about his new game. As much as he'd like to be playing right now, they got to eat and he promised his son one of his favorite dinners. August (thinking): I'll play it after dinner. Gustopher: TACO SOUP! TACO SOUP! Panel 3 Dinner is done but August is exhausted. He goes to bed and his two cats have quickly settled in for sleep. August thinks about his game but he just doesn't have the energy for it. August (thinking): Too tired... I'll play it later. Panel 4 August is woken up by his to cats touching his face and meowing for food. He'd like to play his new game, but there's things that have to be done and he has to get to work. August: I'll play it after work... Eventually. The kind where putting it together probably cost as much as a wedding for some people. August has a mug for his coffee that says "I.T. JUICE". Nate: I love proposal videos! How'd you propose to your ex? August: I didn't. Panel 2 Nate is happy to have an opportunity to learn more about one of his favorite co-workers. Nate: Oh? She proposed to you? August: We never married. Panel 3 Nate is slowly realizing that his mental image of August's life does not match what he has envisioned in his head. Nate: But you have a son. August: Yes. Panel 4 Nate realizes that this conversation is far too real than what he had expected for a coffee break. He is suddenly experiencing levels of awkwardness that he had not mentally prepares for. He tries to think of a way to gracefully exit this conversation. Nate: This conversation has become more real than I was prepared for. August: Want to return to work? Nate: YES! August is unbothered.

Costume Inspiration - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Gustopher and Douglas are meeting up to go Trick-or-Treating. Gustopher sees that Douglas has decided to go as the classic ghost for Halloween. Various spooky things are happening in a house in the background. There are two mysterious figures on the second floor with a spider above them. And demonic entity also appears to have a plate full of eyeballs as a bat watches from above. I hear they're full of protein. Gustopher: DOUGLAS! Great costume! Douglas: Thanks. Panel 2 Douglas poses in his costume. It's just a simple sheet with eye and arm holes cut out but it's effective. I'd give it four out of five rocks. Douglas explains his inspiration for the costume. Douglas: I decided to be a ghost. It represents my fear of never truly being seen and my hope to be remembered. Panel 3 Gustopher stands in his own costume. He is wearing the same taco costume he wore last year. He begins to contemplate his inspiration for such a costume. Thankfully, the house behind him does not have anything too spooky in it. Just a cat looking at what's going on outside. Panel 4 Gustopher carefully chooses his words and explains his inspiration for his fine taco costume. Gustopher: I'm a taco because I like tacos. The cat in the window appears to be doing something. Smiling? And shadowy tendrils are erupting beneath the cat. Okay, I'm sorry. This is too spooky. The eyeballs were bad enough. I'm leaving.

Parental Permission (Part 5) - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Gustopher and Douglas have both asked their respective parents if Douglas can go trick-or-treating with Gustopher and his dad. Gustopher is waiting on the swings to hear if Douglas has received permission to go. Gustopher: Did your parents say you can go? Douglas: Yeah, my dad said it's okay. Panel 2 Douglas has a lot on his mind. He received permission but felt rather different from his father's usual parenting style. He's happy he can go but finds it odd. Douglas: But... Dad is always telling me I need to be more mature. Panel 3 Douglas sits down on the swings. They're pretty high up and he's short so it's impressive that he got up with such ease. Please applause. Douglas deserves it. Douglas: Now he's telling me to enjoy being a kid while I can. It's confusing. Panel 4 The sun is setting behind Gustopher and Douglas as they sit and contemplate parents on the swing. The two of them wondering how much parents really have things figured out. Gustopher: Maybe it's confusing for parents too. Douglas: That's the scariest part.

He has gone down to the basement where his father has spent many hours painting various models. Across his table are various tools for model painting. Douglas is weary of being down here at all be he does not want to put off asking his big question. Douglas: Dad, could I go trick-or-treating on Halloween with Gustopher and his dad? Ben: Yes. Panel 2 Douglas is surprised. He was expecting to be told no and possibly receive a lecture on how immature trick-or-treating is. He wants to understand why he's being given permission. Douglas: Really? I thought you'd call it childish. Ben: It is childish. You are a child. Go do child things. Panel 3 Ben begins to paint the model spaceship he's holding. His expression grows a little more serious. He explains his reasoning. Ben: Enjoy it while you can. Life is short. Eventually you have to stop playing with toys and man up. Panel 4 Against his better judgement, Douglas questions this statement. Douglas: But you're playing with toys right now! Ben: These are collectables. That's different. Deep down, Ben knows it's really not that different.

Parental Permission (Part 3) - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Douglas has been invited to go trick-or-treating with Gustopher and his dad. Now all he needs to do is ask his parents. He's about to enter his house and is not very confident about this because of his father's lack of patience with kid activities. He is certain he would say no. Douglas: Dad almost always says no when I ask to do anything. Panel 2 Douglas begins to formulate a plan. He's pretty sure he can bypass his father in this matter. All he needs to do is ask his mom and he'll probably be in the clear. No disapproving comments from his dad. Douglas: Just have to ask Mom. Dad doesn't even need to know. Operation "Just Ask Mom" is go! Panel 3 Douglas approaches his mom who is handling his fussy younger brother. He decides to get the question out while he still has the courage. Douglas: Mom, could I- Wendalyn: Sorry Ducky, I'm busy. Ask your father. Operation "Just Ask Mom" has failed. Panel 4 Douglas only now realizes that his timing could have been better. He stares down at the ground in defeat. Douglas: Dang it.

Putting in the Time - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Olivia and Gustopher are awaiting the results of a recent test. Olivia is a little nervous and decides to see how Gustopher is doing. Olivia: How are you feeling about the test? Gustopher: Confident. Panel 2 Gustopher is feeling pretty relaxed. He's pretty sure he did alright. He spent a long time studying last night and his cats were there. Cats obviously improve studying ability. Everyone knows that. Gustopher: I studied all night! I didn't understand it all but I put im the time. Panel 3 Gustopher: I'm sure I did- Gustopher's eyes are instantly drawn to the grade that's right above his name, Gustopher Green. He scored a 66 and received a D. It's a passing grade at his school but just barely. Panel 4 Gustopher is hit by a wave of disappointment. It just doesn't seem right. He spent the time studying. He feels that he should have done so much better. All he can do now is sit in the moment and let one sound escape his mouth. Gustopher: Oh.

We Wait - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Gustopher is floating in a nameless expanse with his arms stretched out and his eyes closed... Colors of blue, black, purple, and pink spark and shift all around him. He can do nothing here but wait. Gustopher: I am adrift in the realm between. Time is meaningless. Panel 2 Gustopher contemplates his situation further. Gustopher: How long has it been? Minutes? Years? Who knows... Panel 3 In reality, Gustopher is laying on the floor with his cat, Mewbert, comfortably lying on top of him. August is watching while holding a cup of something warm that probably has caffeine in it. He would be concerned but is well aware that he has done stuff like this when he was a kid. Panel 4 August decides to make sure that Gustopher is okay. August: You okay? Gustopher: Yeah, just waiting for my game to finish updating. Mewbert opens her eyes and notices that Nougat, the other cat, has seen that Gustopher is lying on the floor. Mewbert does not wish to relinquish this comfortable place to nap. Nougat wants a lap to nap on too. There will not be peace in this house tonight.

Banned Books - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Olivia and Gustopher are at the library. The Library is having a special event for books that have been banned in the past. Dora the librarian is stacking books with titles like "BOOK", "Boogers", "Tales", "Can you", "read this" and "Word". Olivia has a great interest in forbidden knowledge and has been browsing what's available. She's found a book called "Salt Box" and has an important question for the librarian. Olivia: Miss Librarian! Why was this book banned? Dora: Vulgar Language. Panel 2 Dora makes a shocked expression and holds her hands to her face. This is the only way she can express how depraved the book is. Dora: The word "butt" is used.... FIFTEEN TIMES! Panel 3 Dora looks down to the children to gather their reaction. Internally, Gustopher is wondering if Dora meant "but" with one "t" or "butt" with two. Olivia immediately assumes it's the latter. Behind them is a poster promoting banned books week. There is a cartoon book that's smiling and saying "I'm forbidden!" He's booky the banned book. He was specifically banned for being made using the darkest of magic. He's also kind of rude. Panel 4 Olivia is excited about the book. This leads Gustopher to assume that "butt" was indeed spelled with an extra "t". Olivia: Now I have to read it. Dora: Oh noooo... I'll help you check it out.

Halloween Costume Plans - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 August and Gustopher are out shopping when they notices a Halloween display. Gustopher is instantly excited about Halloween coming up. Gustopher: DAD! Halloween is coming! August: It is! Panel 2 August has been planning to make this year more exciting. August: Since your taco costume was cheap last year, I think we should go big this time! What do you want to be? Panel 3 Gustopher contemplates the choices with his hands to his side. Unrelated, but he's wearing his Sweater that says Sweater. It's a spin off of the Shirt Shirts but they haven't been quite as popular. People say that the Clothing Clothing company has sold out and they're just in it for the money. Anyway, various ideas swirl around Gustopher's head. Including Vampire, Super hero, ghost, copyright infringement, space marine, lamp, and banana. Two names in the corner are slight obscured. They seem to say Adam Tots and Hollering Elk. Could be something else. I guess we'll never know. Panel 4 After some careful considering, Gustopher knows exactly what he wants to be. Gustopher: I wanna be a taco again! August: Really? Are you sure? Gustopher: TACO! TACO! TACO!

The School Paper (Part 2) - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Gustopher and Liam are walking home from school. Liam has a lot of thinking to do, which is a dangerous activity. Liam: Miss Horsehill asked if I wanted to write for the school paper. I don't know... Panel 2 Liam proceeds to elaborate on his concerns. He's always been pretty quiet and doesn't talk much but he's grown comfortable speaking his mind around Gustopher. Liam: What if I write something so bad, it gets shared all over the internet. Everyone will laugh at me. Panel 3 Liam begins to spiral into further panicked thoughts. Liam: And I get arrested for being a bad writer. And aliens see it and attack. Then I DIE! Panel 4 Gustopher attempts to calm his friend's chaotic thoughts. Gustopher: Or maybe you'll write something award winning! Liam: Seems unrealistic.
