The best thing about this Garmin Coach (Greg) for half-marathons is that it has me casually busting out 11-milers and then just going on with my day, all smooth with no aches or complications. Feeling my body getting rugged for these distances is just amazing! #runsky #running

This morning's 2-hour long run was COLD. My Garmin says it was in the teens; it was at least in the low 20s F, which is going to be my lower limit. The wild thing about this? It's my THIRD FASTEST 10 Miler! I actually ran 10 miles three times! I never could've imagined ever running one! #runsky

The world also sees the U.S. Constitution for the smoke and mirrors it is. No hard laws to remove a treasonous President. No LAW, PERIOD, with a Congress that ignores their imperative to check the Executive Branch. And a corrupt SCOTUS dismantling the parts they can't ignore. We're a joke.

Ran my first 15k today, longest outdoor run. That was fun enough; what made it better was seeing all of the POC runners along the way. Not a usual sight (at least for me) in town. Felt that "runner community" vibe for the first time.
