Pretty close. In the morning I turn ours down to 67° because the back door is open for the raptors and I don’t want to let the bought air out.

I like ceiling fans for maximizing the heat and cooling systems. It’s a hella lot cheaper to run a fan versus the forced/central air. I can’t imagine what your heating bill will be. My last full (pre-solar) summer bill was over $1k for one month.

I have not idea. I do know 130° heat coming out of the vents makes me stabby.
