United Healthcare owns Change (largest repository of medical records, nearly every American) and was hacked for 18 months the hackers were rooting around our PII. They Optum Specialty Pharmacy, Optum Rx TPA, and Optum Medic clinics which cobbled together by buying small practices and closing many.
This is what happens when the parent company of the largest health insurance company in the US (Optimum/United Health) is allowed to suck up local medical clinics. These are not rural areas, but mid-sized towns. Eugene & Corvallis both closing OBGYN departments located in Optum clinics.
