Neuvoston päätös Ukrainan lainasta oli elintärkeä. Ilman sitä Putin ja Trump olisivat kuristaneet Ukrainan. Venäjä saa jo nyt liittolaisiltaan jopa sotilaita rintamalle. Takaportti syväjäädytettyihin Venäjä-varoihin olemassa,ja sen on pidettävä. Tässä ei ollut kyse politiikasta vaan selviytymisestä.
