As a confessional writer, I don’t think there’s anything wrong using your life as creative fodder but I do wonder when do you move past using your work as personal diary? When do you hold yourself accountable? Revenge is cute but what about reflection? When do you stop reacting to life and build it?

What's wild is that I watched Emma Watson trying to talk about JKR and it was clear she was trying to be like "I do love the person who was formative in my life, and I need for that feeling to be able to coexist" which is far, far more kindness than Rowling arguably deserves, and this just shows it

Portion control is going to be hardest to manage. I think American culture is one of hoarding & maximizing which spills over into food. We eat to get full and not satisfied. Plates have to be covered & stacked, like a fine auntie

Bryant Terry also has several cookbooks that focus on Black food, but vegan, which could help. I will say he tends to use *EVERY DISH* in the kitchen, but his recipes are delicious.
