We've just released a free update for the Nintendo Switch version of Bonfire Peaks. Players on any model will notice enhanced visuals, and #NintendoSwitch2 players can now increase the framerate to a smooth 60 FPS in the settings menu. We hope you enjoy these enhancements to this wonderful game.

ooo @minikinetic.bsky.social told me the outsource company that animated it in Japan did Miyazaki's Nausicaa afterwards, and eventually sort of morphed into Studio Ghibli.

this makes so much sense! the mix of grotesque and beautiful feels very ghibli
