“Internal bleeding” almost always means “had a little hematoma we noticed on the CT scan but it’s way too small to do anything about it” in the ED

Also now seeing aspirin is on his med list - no longer recommended for primary prevention of CV disease, now only used for ppl who have already had an MI or stroke. Did he have a stroke or a heart attack or something?
